CATEGORIA AMATORIALE – REGOLAMENTO
ART. 1 – Requisiti di partecipazione

La partecipazione è riservata esclusivamente ai pizzaioli non professionisti .

Età minima: 16 anni .
-
Ciascun partecipante può iscrivere una pizza al concorso per ogni categoria registrata .
-
La registrazione avviene esclusivamente tramite il sito ufficiale www.pizza-europa-league.com .
-
Con la registrazione, il partecipante accetta le disposizioni elencate nel modulo di registrazione e nel presente regolamento di gara.
-
La registrazione deve essere completata entro e non oltre il 31 dicembre 2026 .
-
L'iscrizione diventa vincolante solo dopo il ricevimento integrale della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 2 – Quota di partecipazione
La partecipazione al concorso è soggetta al pagamento di una quota .
La quota di partecipazione è:

In caso di mancata partecipazione o di ritiro volontario da parte del partecipante, generalmente non sussiste alcun diritto al rimborso della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 3 – Attrezzatura e ingredienti
L'organizzazione fornisce le seguenti attrezzature:

I partecipanti possono o sono tenuti a portare i propri materiali per preparare la pizza:

Tutti gli ingredienti devono essere idonei al consumo umano.
Sulla pizza presentata non sono ammessi ingredienti non commestibili o puramente decorativi.
Ciascun partecipante è responsabile della corretta conservazione, refrigerazione e manipolazione igienica dei propri ingredienti.
ART. 4 – Regolamento del concorso

Tempo di preparazione: 15 minuti

Tempo di cottura: massimo 7 minuti
-
Diametro della pizza: 28–33 cm
-
La pizza deve essere completamente cotta, pronta da mangiare e presentata pronta per essere servita .
-
È necessario attenersi alle istruzioni della direzione di gara e dello staff tecnico.
Regola speciale: Pizza in teglia
I partecipanti possono facoltativamente presentare una pizza in Teglia .
Per la pizza in teglia si applicano i seguenti parametri di cottura:

Temperatura massima: 300 °C
-
Riscaldamento dal basso: 300 °C
Anche la pizza in teglia deve essere completamente cotta, pronta da mangiare e presentata pronta per essere servita.
ART. 5 – Criteri di valutazione
La valutazione si basa sui seguenti criteri:
- Presentazione: 20%
- Risultato della cottura: 20%
- Impasto: 30%
- Gusto ed equilibrio: 30%
La valutazione viene effettuata dalla giuria nominata dall'organizzatore.
Parità di punteggio
In caso di parità nel punteggio totale, prevale il punteggio più alto assegnato all'impasto .
In caso di parità di punteggio, le classifiche verranno considerate nel seguente ordine:

Se dopo tale verifica i punteggi rimangono in perfetto equilibrio, la giuria decide a maggioranza .
La decisione della giuria è definitiva.
ART. 6 – Punti di penalità e squalifica

Superamento del tempo assegnato: -2 punti al minuto

Pizza bruciata o poco cotta: fino a -10 punti
-
Gravi violazioni delle norme igieniche: Squalifica
-
Comportamenti antisportivi, tentativi di manipolare la competizione o la mancata osservanza delle istruzioni della direzione di gara possono comportare la squalifica .
ART. 7 – Premi
Saranno assegnati i seguenti premi:

Premio speciale “Creatività amatoriale”
I premi saranno consegnati durante la cerimonia di premiazione ufficiale.
ART. 8 – Iscrizione e numero dei partecipanti

L'iscrizione avviene esclusivamente tramite il sito www.pizza-europa-league.com .

Le iscrizioni si chiuderanno al raggiungimento del numero massimo di partecipanti, ma non oltre il 31 dicembre 2026 .
-
Qualora il numero massimo di partecipanti venga raggiunto prima della scadenza, l'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di chiudere anticipatamente le iscrizioni .
ART. 9 – Fotografie e registrazioni video
Partecipando, il partecipante acconsente alla possibilità che vengano effettuate foto, video e registrazioni audio durante l'evento.
L'organizzazione può utilizzare queste registrazioni per la documentazione, la rendicontazione e la promozione della Pizza Europa League sul sito web, sui social media, nei comunicati stampa e nel materiale pubblicitario.
Il diritto d'uso è valido per un periodo di un anno successivo alla conclusione del concorso, senza dare diritto ad alcun compenso aggiuntivo.
ART. 10 – Cambiamenti organizzativi
L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di modificare il programma, la tempistica o le condizioni individuali della competizione per motivi organizzativi, tecnici o di sicurezza.
In caso di forza maggiore o altre circostanze al di fuori del controllo dell'organizzatore, la competizione potrà essere posticipata, interrotta o annullata
PIZZA EUROPA LIGA 2027 REGOLAMENTO

Tutti i pizzaioli che abbiano compiuto almeno 18 anni possono partecipare .

La validità della registrazione è subordinata al rispetto delle disposizioni elencate nel modulo di registrazione e nel presente regolamento di gara .

La registrazione avviene esclusivamente tramite il sito ufficiale www.pizza-europa-league.com .
-
La registrazione deve essere completata entro e non oltre il 31 dicembre 2026 .
-
Ciascun partecipante può prendere parte a una o a entrambe le categorie di gara disponibili .
-
L'iscrizione diventa vincolante solo dopo il ricevimento integrale della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 2 – Quota di partecipazione
La partecipazione al concorso è soggetta al pagamento di una quota .
La quota di partecipazione è:

€100,- per la partecipazione ad una categoria di gara .
In caso di mancata partecipazione o di ritiro volontario da parte del partecipante, generalmente non sussiste alcun diritto al rimborso della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 3 – Giuria

La competizione sarà giudicata da una giuria tecnica .

Ciascun membro della giuria assegna un punteggio da 30 a 100 punti in base a una griglia di valutazione predefinita.

Qualora due o più partecipanti ottengano lo stesso punteggio totale, il vincitore sarà inizialmente determinato dal punteggio più alto ottenuto nella prova tecnica .
Qualora persista una parità di punti, le valutazioni individuali saranno considerate nel seguente ordine:

Il partecipante con il punteggio più alto nel primo criterio rilevante riceve la posizione migliore.
Se, anche dopo aver considerato tutti i criteri, si verifica un pareggio completo nel punteggio, la giuria decide a maggioranza .
La decisione della giuria è definitiva e inappellabile .
Articolo 4 – Condotta dei partecipanti

I partecipanti devono rimanere nell'area di attesa comune fino al termine della valutazione della giuria .
-
È vietato allontanarsi dalla sala d'attesa senza autorizzazione e la violazione di tale divieto può comportare la squalifica .
-
Ciascun partecipante prepara una pizza per la giuria in ogni categoria di gara iscritta.
-
Per la preparazione sono disponibili al massimo 10 minuti . Il processo viene svolto sotto la supervisione del Direttore Tecnico .
-
La fase di cottura avviene esclusivamente nei forni elettrici forniti da Morello .
-
I partecipanti sono tenuti a seguire le istruzioni del direttore tecnico, della giuria e dell'organizzazione della competizione.
-
La decisione della giuria è definitiva e inappellabile .
ART. 5 – Categorie di concorso
1. Pizza classica

ART. 6 – Registrazione

La registrazione avviene esclusivamente tramite il sito ufficiale www.pizza-europa-league.com .

Le iscrizioni si chiuderanno al raggiungimento del numero massimo di partecipanti , ma non oltre il 31 dicembre 2026 .
-
L'iscrizione si considera confermata solo dopo il completamento della procedura di registrazione e il pagamento della relativa quota di partecipazione .
-
Qualora il numero massimo di partecipanti venisse raggiunto prima del 31 dicembre 2026, l'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di chiudere anticipatamente le iscrizioni .
ART. 7 – Registrazioni fotografiche, video e pubblicitarie
Partecipando, il partecipante acconsente a che vengano effettuate foto, video e registrazioni audio che lo ritraggono, la sua partecipazione e la pizza che presenterà durante l'evento.
Il partecipante concede all'organizzazione il permesso di utilizzare questo materiale per la documentazione, la rendicontazione e la promozione della Pizza Europa League , in particolare per quanto riguarda:

sito web ufficiale,
-
canali dei social media,
-
Materiale promozionale,
-
Pubblicazioni della stampa e dei media.
Il diritto d'uso è valido per un periodo di un anno successivo alla conclusione del concorso, senza dare diritto ad alcun compenso aggiuntivo.
ART. 8 – Igiene e inidoneità

Ciascun partecipante è tenuto a rispettare le normative vigenti in materia di igiene e sicurezza alimentare .
-
L'area di lavoro deve essere mantenuta pulita e ordinata durante e dopo la preparazione .
-
Gravi violazioni delle norme igieniche possono comportare la squalifica .
-
Comportamenti antisportivi, tentativi di manipolare la competizione, insulti o mancato rispetto delle istruzioni della direzione di gara possono comportare la squalifica .
ART. 9 – Cambiamenti organizzativi
L'organizzazione si riserva il diritto di modificare la data o il programma della competizione per motivi organizzativi, tecnici o di sicurezza .
Le singole disposizioni organizzative possono essere adattate, a condizione che ciò non comprometta in modo significativo le pari opportunità dei partecipanti .
In caso di forza maggiore o altre circostanze al di fuori del controllo dell'organizzazione, l'evento potrà essere posticipato, interrotto o annullato .
COPPA MORELLO 2027 REGOLAMENTO
ART. 1 – Partecipanti
Tutti i pizzaioli che abbiano compiuto almeno 18 anni possono partecipare .
La validità della registrazione è subordinata al rispetto delle disposizioni elencate nel modulo di registrazione e nel presente regolamento di gara .
Il modulo di iscrizione deve essere compilato integralmente tramite il sito web ufficiale www.pizza-europa-league.com entro e non oltre il 31/12/2026 .
L'iscrizione diventa vincolante solo dopo il ricevimento integrale della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 2 – Quota di partecipazione
La partecipazione alla Coppa Morello è soggetta al pagamento di una quota.
La quota di partecipazione è:
€100,00 netti a partecipante
La quota di partecipazione è pagabile secondo le modalità specificate in fase di registrazione.
In caso di mancata partecipazione o di ritiro volontario da parte del partecipante, generalmente non sussiste alcun diritto al rimborso della quota di partecipazione .
ART. 3 – Giuria
La competizione sarà giudicata da una giuria tecnica .
Ciascun membro della giuria assegna un punteggio da 30 a 100 punti in base a un sistema di valutazione predefinito.

Articolo 4 – Condotta dei partecipanti
I partecipanti devono rimanere nell'area di attesa comune fino al termine della valutazione della giuria .
È vietato lasciare la sala d'attesa. La violazione di questa regola comporterà la squalifica .
Ciascun partecipante prepara una pizza per la giuria in un tempo massimo di 10 minuti , sotto la supervisione del Direttore Tecnico .
La fase di cottura avviene esclusivamente nei forni elettrici forniti da Morello .
I partecipanti sono tenuti a seguire le istruzioni del direttore tecnico, della giuria e dell'organizzazione della competizione.
La decisione della giuria è definitiva e inappellabile .

PIZZA EUROPA LIGA 2027 KATEGORIE AMATEURE – WETTBEWERBSREGLEMENT
ART. 1 – Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Die Teilnahme ist ausschließlich nicht-professionellen Pizzaioli vorbehalten.
-
Mindestalter: 16 Jahre.
-
Jeder Teilnehmer darf pro angemeldeter Kategorie eine Pizza zum Wettbewerb einreichen.
-
Die Anmeldung erfolgt ausschließlich über die offizielle Website www.pizza-europa-league.com.
-
Mit der Anmeldung erkennt der Teilnehmer die im Anmeldeformular sowie in diesem Wettbewerbsreglement aufgeführten Bestimmungen an.
-
Die Anmeldung muss spätestens bis zum 31.12.2026 vollständig abgeschlossen sein.
-
Die Anmeldung wird erst nach vollständigem Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr verbindlich.
ART. 2 – Teilnahmegebühr
Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ist kostenpflichtig.
Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt:

Alle Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder freiwilligem Rücktritt des Teilnehmers besteht grundsätzlich kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühr.
ART. 3 – Ausstattung und Zutaten
Die Organisation stellt folgende Ausstattung zur Verfügung:

Die Teilnehmer dürfen bzw. müssen die für ihre Pizza benötigten Materialien selbst mitbringen:

manuelle Arbeitsgeräte

Sämtliche Zutaten müssen für den menschlichen Verzehr geeignet sein.
Nicht essbare oder ausschließlich dekorative Zutaten auf der präsentierten Pizza sind nicht erlaubt.
Jeder Teilnehmer ist für die ordnungsgemäße Lagerung, Kühlung und hygienische Handhabung seiner mitgebrachten Zutaten selbst verantwortlich.
ART. 4 – Wettbewerbsregeln

Vorbereitungszeit: 15 Minuten

Backzeit: maximal 7 Minuten
-
Pizzadurchmesser: 28–33 cm
-
Die Pizza muss vollständig gebacken, verzehrfähig und servierbereit präsentiert werden.
-
Den Anweisungen der Wettbewerbsleitung und des technischen Personals ist Folge zu leisten.
Sonderregel: Pizza in Teglia (Blechpizza)
Die Teilnehmer dürfen optional eine Pizza in Teglia präsentieren.
Für Pizza in Teglia gelten folgende Backparameter:

Oberhitze: 300 °C

Unterhitze: 300 °C
Die Pizza in Teglia muss ebenfalls vollständig gegart, verzehrfähig und servierbereit präsentiert werden.
ART. 5 – Bewertungskriterien
Die Bewertung erfolgt anhand folgender Kriterien:
- Präsentation: 20 %
- Backergebnis: 20 %
- Teig: 30 %
- Geschmack & Balance: 30 %
Die Bewertung erfolgt durch die vom Veranstalter eingesetzte Jury.
Punktegleichstand
Bei gleicher Gesamtpunktzahl entscheidet zunächst die höhere Bewertung beim Teig.
Besteht weiterhin Punktegleichstand, werden die Bewertungen in folgender Reihenfolge berücksichtigt:

Besteht auch danach vollständiger Punktegleichstand, entscheidet die Jury durch Mehrheitsentscheid.

Überschreitung der vorgegebenen Zeit: –2 Punkte pro Minute

Verbrannte oder nicht ausreichend gegarte Pizza: bis zu –10 Punkte

Schwerwiegende Hygieneverstöße: Disqualifikation

Unsportliches Verhalten, Manipulationsversuche oder die Missachtung von Anweisungen der Wettbewerbsleitung können ebenfalls zur Disqualifikation führen.

ART. 8 – Anmeldung und Teilnehmerzahl

Die Anmeldung erfolgt ausschließlich über www.pizza-europa-league.com.

Die Anmeldungen schließen mit Erreichen der maximalen Teilnehmerzahl, spätestens jedoch am 31.12.2026.
-
Sollte die maximale Teilnehmerzahl bereits vorher erreicht werden, kann die Organisation die Anmeldung vorzeitig schließen.
ART. 9 – Foto- und Videoaufnahmen
Mit der Teilnahme erklärt sich der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass während der Veranstaltung Foto-, Video- und Tonaufnahmen erstellt werden können.
Die Organisation darf diese Aufnahmen zur Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Bewerbung der Pizza Europa Liga auf der Website, in sozialen Medien, in Presseveröffentlichungen sowie in Werbematerialien verwenden.
Das Nutzungsrecht gilt für die Dauer von einem Jahr nach Durchführung des Wettbewerbs, ohne Anspruch auf eine zusätzliche Vergütung.
ART. 10 – Organisatorische Änderungen
Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, aus organisatorischen, technischen oder sicherheitsrelevanten Gründen den Ablauf, die Zeitplanung oder einzelne Wettbewerbsbedingungen anzupassen.
Bei höherer Gewalt oder anderen Umständen außerhalb des Einflussbereichs des Veranstalters kann der Wettbewerb verschoben, unterbrochen oder abgesagt werden.
PIZZA EUROPA LIGA 2027 WETTBEWERBSREGLEMENT
ART. 1 – Teilnehmer

Teilnehmen können alle Pizzaioli, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.

Die Gültigkeit der Anmeldung ist an die Einhaltung der im Anmeldeformular sowie in diesem Wettbewerbsreglement aufgeführten Bestimmungen gebunden.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt ausschließlich über die offizielle Website www.pizza-europa-league.com.
-
Die Anmeldung muss spätestens bis zum 31.12.2026 vollständig abgeschlossen sein.
-
Jeder Teilnehmer kann an einer oder an beiden verfügbaren Wettbewerbskategorien teilnehmen.
-
Die Anmeldung wird erst nach vollständigem Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr verbindlich.
ART. 2 – Teilnahmegebühr
Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ist kostenpflichtig.
Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt:

100,00 € netto für die Teilnahme an einer Wettbewerbskategorie.

180,00 € netto für die Teilnahme an beiden Wettbewerbskategorien.
Alle Preise verstehen sich zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder freiwilligem Rücktritt des Teilnehmers besteht grundsätzlich kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühr.
ART. 3 – Jury

Der Wettbewerb wird von einer technischen Jury bewertet.
-
Jedes Jurymitglied vergibt eine Bewertung von 30 bis 100 Punkten auf Grundlage eines festgelegten Bewertungsrasters.

Der Teilnehmer mit der höheren Punktzahl im jeweils zuerst maßgeblichen Kriterium erhält die bessere Platzierung.
Besteht auch nach Berücksichtigung aller Kriterien vollständiger Punktegleichstand, entscheidet die Jury durch Mehrheitsentscheid.
Die Entscheidung der Jury ist endgültig und unanfechtbar.
ART. 4 – Verhalten der Teilnehmer

Die Teilnehmer müssen sich bis zum Abschluss der Jurybewertung im gemeinsamen Wartebereich aufhalten.
-
Das Verlassen des Wartebereichs ohne Genehmigung ist nicht gestattet und kann zur Disqualifikation führen.
-
Jeder Teilnehmer bereitet pro angemeldeter Wettbewerbskategorie eine Pizza für die Jury zu.
-
Für die Zubereitung stehen maximal 10 Minuten zur Verfügung. Die Durchführung erfolgt unter Aufsicht des Technischen Direktors.
-
Die Backphase erfolgt ausschließlich in den von Morello bereitgestellten elektrischen Öfen.
-
Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, den Anweisungen des Technischen Direktors, der Jury und der Wettbewerbsleitung Folge zu leisten.
-
Die Entscheidung der Jury ist endgültig und unanfechtbar.

Die Anmeldung gilt erst nach vollständiger Registrierung und Zahlung der entsprechenden Teilnahmegebühr als bestätigt.

Sollte die maximale Teilnehmerzahl bereits vor dem 31.12.2026 erreicht werden, kann die Organisation die Anmeldung vorzeitig schließen.
ART. 7 – Foto-, Video- und Werbeaufnahmen
Mit der Teilnahme erklärt sich der Teilnehmer damit einverstanden, dass im Rahmen der Veranstaltung Foto-, Video- und Tonaufnahmen von ihm, seiner Teilnahme sowie seiner präsentierten Pizza erstellt werden können.
Der Teilnehmer gestattet der Organisation die Verwendung dieses Materials zur Dokumentation, Berichterstattung und Bewerbung der Pizza Europa Liga, insbesondere auf:

der offiziellen Website,
-
Social-Media-Kanälen,
-
Werbematerialien,
-
Presse- und Medienveröffentlichungen.
Das Nutzungsrecht gilt für die Dauer von einem Jahr nach Durchführung des Wettbewerbs, ohne Anspruch auf eine zusätzliche Vergütung.
ART. 8 – Hygiene und Disqualifikation

Jeder Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, die geltenden Hygiene- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsvorschriften einzuhalten.
-
Der Arbeitsplatz muss während und nach der Zubereitung sauber und ordentlich gehalten werden.
-
Schwerwiegende Hygieneverstöße können zur Disqualifikation führen.
-
Unsportliches Verhalten, Manipulationsversuche, Beleidigungen oder die Missachtung der Anweisungen der Wettbewerbsleitung können ebenfalls zur Disqualifikation führen.
ART. 9 – Organisatorische Änderungen
Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, das Wettbewerbsdatum oder den zeitlichen Ablauf aus organisatorischen, technischen oder sicherheitsrelevanten Gründen zu ändern.
Einzelne organisatorische Bestimmungen können angepasst werden, sofern dadurch die Chancengleichheit der Teilnehmer nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt wird.
Im Falle höherer Gewalt oder anderer Umstände außerhalb des Einflussbereichs der Organisation kann die Veranstaltung verschoben, unterbrochen oder abgesagt werden.
COPPA MORELLO 2027 WETTBEWERBSREGLEMENT
ART. 1 – Teilnehmer
Teilnehmen können alle Pizzaioli, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.
Die Gültigkeit der Anmeldung ist an die Einhaltung der im Anmeldeformular sowie in diesem Wettbewerbsreglement aufgeführten Bestimmungen gebunden.
Das Anmeldeformular muss über die offizielle Website www.pizza-europa-league.com bis spätestens 31.12.2026 vollständig ausgefüllt werden.
Die Anmeldung wird erst nach vollständigem Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr verbindlich.
ART. 2 – Teilnahmegebühr
Die Teilnahme an der Coppa Morello ist kostenpflichtig.
Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt:
100,00 € netto pro Teilnehmer
zuzüglich der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer.
Die Teilnahmegebühr ist gemäß den bei der Anmeldung angegebenen Zahlungsbedingungen zu entrichten.
Bei Nichterscheinen oder freiwilligem Rücktritt des Teilnehmers besteht grundsätzlich kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der Teilnahmegebühr.
ART. 3 – Jury
Der Wettbewerb wird von einer technischen Jury bewertet.
Jedes Jurymitglied vergibt eine Bewertung mit einer Punktzahl von 30 bis 100 Punkten auf Grundlage eines festgelegten Bewertungssystems.

Der Teilnehmer mit der höheren Punktzahl im jeweils zuerst maßgeblichen Bewertungskriterium erhält die bessere Platzierung.
Besteht auch nach Berücksichtigung aller Kriterien vollständiger Punktegleichstand, entscheidet die Jury durch Mehrheitsentscheid.
Die Entscheidung der Jury ist endgültig und unanfechtbar.
ART. 4 – Verhalten der Teilnehmer
Die Teilnehmer müssen sich bis zum Abschluss der Jurybewertung im gemeinsamen Wartebereich aufhalten.
Das Verlassen des Wartebereichs ist nicht gestattet. Ein Verstoß gegen diese Regel führt zur Disqualifikation.
Jeder Teilnehmer bereitet eine Pizza für die Jury in einer maximalen Zeit von 10 Minuten zu, unter Aufsicht des Technischen Direktors.
Die Backphase erfolgt ausschließlich in den von Morello bereitgestellten elektrischen Öfen.
Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, den Anweisungen des Technischen Direktors, der Jury und der Wettbewerbsleitung Folge zu leisten.
Die Entscheidung der Jury ist endgültig und unanfechtbar.

AMATEUR CATEGORY 2027 – COMPETITION RULES
ART. 1 – Participation requirements

Each participant may submit one pizza to the competition per registered category .

ART. 3 – Equipment and Ingredients
The organization provides the following equipment:

Participants are allowed or required to bring their own materials for making their pizza:

All ingredients must be suitable for human consumption.
Non-edible or purely decorative ingredients are not allowed on the presented pizza.
Each participant is responsible for the proper storage, cooling and hygienic handling of their own ingredients.
ART. 4 – Competition Rules

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Baking time: maximum 7 minutes

Pizza diameter: 28–33 cm
-
The pizza must be fully baked, ready to eat, and presented ready to serve .

The instructions of the competition management and technical staff must be followed.
Special rule: Pizza in Teglia (tin pizza)
Participants may optionally present a pizza in Teglia .
The following baking parameters apply to pizza in Teglia:

Top heat: 300 °C
-
Bottom heat: 300 °C
The pizza in Teglia must also be fully cooked, ready to eat and presented ready to serve.
ART. 5 – Evaluation criteria
The evaluation is based on the following criteria:

ART. 8 – Registration and number of participants

Should the maximum number of participants be reached beforehand, the organization may close registration early .
ART. 9 – Photographs and video recordings
By participating, the participant agrees that photo, video and audio recordings may be made during the event.
The organization may use these recordings for documentation, reporting and promotion of the Pizza Europa League on the website, in social media, in press releases and in advertising materials.
The right of use is valid for a period of one year after the competition has taken place, without entitlement to any additional remuneration.
ART. 10 – Organizational Changes
The organization reserves the right to adjust the schedule, timetable, or individual competition conditions for organizational, technical, or security-related reasons.
In the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the competition may be postponed, interrupted or cancelled .
PIZZA EUROPA LIGA 2027 COMPETITION RULES
ART. 1 – Participants

All pizzaioli who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate .

The validity of the registration is contingent upon compliance with the provisions listed in the registration form and in these competition regulations .

Each participant can take part in one or both of the available competition categories .

Participants must remain in the common waiting area until the jury evaluation is complete .

Leaving the waiting area without permission is not allowed and may lead to disqualification .

Each participant prepares one pizza for the jury in each registered competition category.

A maximum of 10 minutes is available for preparation . The process is carried out under the supervision of the Technical Director .

The baking phase takes place exclusively in the electric ovens provided by Morello .

Participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the Technical Director, the jury and the competition management.

The jury's decision is final and cannot be appealed .

By participating, the participant agrees that photo, video and audio recordings of him, his participation and his presented pizza may be made during the event.
The participant grants the organization permission to use this material for documentation, reporting and promotion of the Pizza Europa League , in particular on:
